The idea would be to put the moonpig next to something that will engage it in combat before it can run away from the location you want it. In this case, your best option would be to completely wall in the telelocator with an unbreakable wall, which is expensive and time consuming.Īn alternative solution would be to attempt to distract the moonpig so that it doesn't move until the transformation back happens. If the moon stone is not in that direction, I'm not sure it's pathing would be that predictable that you can easily block the pig. It shouldn't be necessary to completely enclose the telelocator, you should be able to get it done with as few as 2 statues. Likely statues, since they can be put atop the telelocator focus easily. Has the moon pig traveled towards the moon stone in a straight line both times? If yes, your best bet will be an unbreakable wall of some kind. Since you say that the moon pig is in the same location, it sounds like it is still attempting to pathtowards the moon stone across the map.
DONT STARVE WIKI ICE CREAM SKIN
Thus, if you wall them in with normal walls and put a pig skin on the ground outside the walls, they will ignore the pig skin and just tear the walls down. Though the 2 share almost everything, they do not share AI.
You are confusing werepig mechanics with moonpig mechanics. I've never done it personally, but from what I know of the topic: Trees definitely, not sure about grass and twigs. Will trees, grass and twigs grow in the dark? They go bad really quick, though, which is why you'd need to be making them down there. If you put an ice box & crock pot(s) in the ruins and fill it with ice you can use the nearby bananas to make banana pops. If you really want to keep your sanity up just bring sanity food like jerky, cactus flesh, taffy, salsa fresca, potato puree, vegetable stinger, etc. If you're already at 0 sanity you can also eat raw blue caps for health with no downside. You can just kill the shadows whenever they spawn, they'll give you a reprieve from further shadows since they give sanity on death. There isn't really much room to wear any sanity clothes, so you'd just need to bring in a lot of sanity food, but clearing the ruins can take some time so that sanity food can go bad. You have a lot to haul back, there's lots of enemies including ones that pick up dropped lanterns, it's permanently dark, it might be raining as well. You lose a lot of sanity from the constant drain of the caves and auras of the many different monsters inside, and the ruins is the number one place that wants to occupy your slots. I don't think maintaining sanity in the ruins is a very worthwhile activity. What is a good way of maintaining sanity in the ruins? I've been struggling with this as I’m not sure what renewable options will work.
